Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the oediv application ("the app") or the oediv website ("the service").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using oediv, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

oediv is a self-hosted video streaming platform for Android TV. It allows server administrators to upload, organize, and stream video content to registered Android TV devices on their network.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use oediv only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the service to distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Attempt to bypass security measures, including encryption, PIN protection, or device authentication.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the server infrastructure.

4. Content

oediv does not host or provide video content. The server administrator is solely responsible for the content uploaded to their server and must ensure they have the legal right to store and stream such content. oediv is not responsible for any content made available through the platform.

5. Device Registration

To use the app, your Android TV device must be registered with a compatible oediv server. The server administrator controls which devices are allowed access and may revoke access at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The oediv application, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oediv and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
